A website with no subscription, that nobody can switch off
A complete brochure website, fast and visible on Google. You pay for it once, and it costs you nothing to keep running afterwards.
No hosting fees, with no limit on visits. This is not a teaser offer: a site built from static pages does not need a paid server, and the host charges neither for traffic nor for bandwidth.
No fees for changes, as often as you like. You edit your text, images and pages yourself, from your browser, without calling us and without installing any software.
No subscription. Only the domain name remains to be paid, a modest yearly fee charged by your registrar.
A responsive, fast website, with the SEO basics in place from the design stage.
Your content, domain name, hosting and access credentials are in your name from the first day to the last.
In other words, once the site is delivered, your annual budget fits on one line: the domain name. What stays free, and the technical reason that makes it possible, is explained further down.
Who is it for?
Tradespeople, shop owners and professional practices who want a serious website without an agency budget.
Self-employed professionals who are starting out and need to exist online quickly.
Small businesses whose current website has been abandoned and who are starting again from scratch.
You can also do it yourself, for free
Before talking about pricing, it is worth saying: if your budget is zero, you do not have to pay us to have a website. We also publish a free website builder, currently available in French only, that lets you build your own site in your browser and leave with it: no account, no subscription and no page limit. The site it produces rests on the same technical foundation as the ones we invoice.
What you pay for here is therefore not the website, it is the work. With the free tool, you pick a template shared with everyone who uses it, write your own text, supply your photos and put the site online. In the packages below, we do all of that, and the template we use is not publicly available.
Above all, a hand-built website is not limited by what a tool can produce. A builder assembles predefined blocks: that is what makes it usable without technical knowledge, but it constrains the page structure, the heading hierarchy, the internal linking between your content and the way your services are divided up. With the Essential or bespoke packages, these choices are made for your business and for the searches you want to answer. In a competitive trade or across a wide service area, that is precisely where the difference in search ranking is made.
Two packages
A website built on a proven template and a website designed for you do not require the same work. Both deliver a complete, live website, with the same technical foundation and the same ownership guarantees. They differ in the design and in who does the work.
Essential package
Your website is built on one of our templates, customised with your logo, your colours and your content. These templates are reserved for our clients: your site will not look like your competitor's next door. It includes a home page, a page presenting your business, a contact page with your details, and the legal pages. One round of revisions is included.
Premium package
The design is created specifically for you: one graphic proposal, then one round of revisions on the chosen direction. The technical foundation, hosting and deliverables are identical to the Essential package. The price depends on the scope of the site and is set out in a quote.
What the base price includes
The price is a fixed fee, not calculated per page. The legal pages and the contact page are included and never counted as extra pages. A WordPress version, and any feature beyond a brochure website, are priced on request.
Adding a page is not charged. Your administration area lets you create a new page yourself; it appears on the site and in its sitemap without any action on our part. If you prefer us to write it, the writing option below applies.
Options
These options can be added when the site is created or later, at the same price, whatever the package. Each is priced separately on the pricing page or in your quote.
Contact form
Online appointment booking
Visitor statistics, with no consent banner
Advertising trackers, consent banner and policy included
Moderated comments on your articles
Writing of one page
Writing of all pages, Essential or Premium package
Creation and set-up of a Google Business Profile
Optimisation of an existing Google Business Profile
The visitor statistics option relies on measurement that identifies nobody and stores nothing on your visitors' devices, so it needs no consent banner. Advertising trackers do require one, and your privacy policy must be rewritten accordingly: that work is what is charged, not the installation of the tracker.
Comments are approved by you before publication: nothing appears on your site without your agreement, and automated submissions are filtered. The trade-off is that you must approve them, or no comment will ever be displayed.
Chat assistants, customer areas, payments and connections to a business tool fall outside a brochure website. For an assistant, see AI chatbots and assistants. To sell online, see online shop creation.
Whatever you choose, the site is delivered with its security settings in place: HTTPS enforced, a policy preventing the browser from running scripts from elsewhere, protection against other sites displaying yours inside theirs, and no fonts or scripts loaded from outside. That earns an A+ grade on public security header scanners, the same level as our own websites, and it can be checked in thirty seconds.
Both packages include building the site and integrating your content, the basic configuration (domain name connected, hosting, security certificate), the technical SEO basics (markup, sitemap, structured data, submission to Google Search Console), an online administration area in your name, and a written guide to take control of your site.
The contact page shows your details and your email address, protected against automated harvesting by bots. A contact form and online booking are features in their own right: they are not included and appear in the options above. Only the basic configuration is included; advanced settings, third-party integrations and specific features are quoted separately.
What your website will not cost you each month
This is the fundamental difference from subscription offers. Once the site is delivered, you pay nothing to keep it running, apart from your domain name.
Website hosting: nothing to pay.
Traffic and bandwidth, with no limit on visits: nothing to pay.
HTTPS security certificate: nothing to pay.
Administration area to edit your content: nothing to pay.
Changes to your text, images and pages: nothing to pay.
Code backup: nothing to pay.
Security updates: none to carry out.
Domain name: a yearly fee paid to your registrar.
This is not a launch promotion or a temporary discount. The site is built from static pages, with no database or plugins to maintain: it simply does not need a paid server to work, and nothing has to be updated to keep it safe. Free hosting does not depend on your traffic either: whether the site receives a hundred or a hundred thousand visits a month, the cost stays the same. The only limit of the free plan concerns the number of times the site is republished each month, far beyond what a brochure website needs.
By comparison, a website rented on a monthly subscription adds up over five years and leaves you owning nothing at the end. An equivalent WordPress site needs paid hosting every year, plus updates to be carried out.
How the project runs
Scoping: your business, your goals, the choice of package and the list of content to gather.
Design: the template customised to your colours with the Essential package, or an original graphic proposal with the Premium package.
Build: construction of the site, integration of your content and technical SEO.
Testing: checks on mobile, tablet and desktop, performance and accessibility.
Delivery: go-live, handover of the guide and transfer of access.
The lead time shown is an estimated calendar lead time. It depends directly on how quickly your content and approvals reach us. The whole project is run remotely; an on-site visit remains possible on quote.
Deliverables
A responsive website in production.
SEO basics in place: markup, sitemap, structured data.
A contact page with your details and your protected email address.
Hosting configured and domain name connected, in your name.
An administration area in your name, to edit your content.
A written guide to getting started and to configuring the domain.
The code of your website, in your own repository, under a licence of use for this site: you can develop it further and hand that work to another provider without asking us anything. It cannot be used to build other websites or be resold.
An archive of the site, ready to be put back online elsewhere, as a safety net.
What is not included
This scope is what makes the pricing possible. It is stated before the quote, not discovered during the project.
The text and images, which you supply. The writing option exists if you prefer to hand them over to us.
The creation of your brand identity. The site starts from your existing logo and colours; designing a logo and brand guidelines is covered by design and brand identity.
The domain name, bought in your name and at your expense.
Interactive features: contact form, online booking, comments, audience measurement. Each one requires a service to configure and connect, and is priced in the options above. Chat assistants, customer areas and payments are quoted separately.
Ongoing support after delivery.
On that last point, let us be precise. The site is finished, online, and it is yours. There is no subscription and no commitment, so no permanent support is included: that is exactly what allows a one-off price rather than an endless monthly fee. You edit your content yourself from your administration area, with the guide provided at delivery.
If you prefer to hand a change over to us, it is billed by time spent, with a minimum of half an hour, at the rate stated on the pricing page. These jobs are scheduled according to availability, with no commitment on turnaround: this is not an emergency service. The rate covers changes to your existing pages; adding a feature falls under the priced options above, or a quote if it is not listed.
Frequently asked questions
If your website builder is free, why pay for a website? Because it is not the website that is charged, it is the work. With the free builder, available in French, you choose a template offered to everyone, write your text, gather your photos, assemble the site and put it online: allow a day if your content is ready, more if not. With the Essential package, we do all of that from what you send us, and the template used is not publicly available, so your site will not look like that of a competitor who started from the same point. The technical foundation is the same in both cases, and we do not claim otherwise.
Essential or Premium: how do I choose? The question is not the number of pages, which you can change yourself in both cases, but the design. The Essential package suits you if you want to be online quickly with a clean, credible site: the template is already designed and is customised with your colours and content. That is the case for most tradespeople and professional practices. The Premium package makes sense when your image must be instantly recognisable, when your sector is visually crowded, or when the layout must serve a message the template does not allow for.
Why pay once when some providers rent you a website by the month? Because it is not the same thing. With a subscription, the day you stop paying, the site disappears: you are renting your online presence, and after a few years you have paid a significant sum and own nothing. Here you pay once, your site keeps working without anyone being able to switch it off, its hosting costs nothing and only the domain name remains to be paid each year. The trade-off is clear: in a subscription, changes are included; here they are billed by time spent, or you make them yourself.
Can I really edit my website myself? Yes. Your text and images are edited from an online administration area in your name, without touching the code and without installing software. A written guide is provided at delivery. This area is free for a brochure website, with one user account included. If several people in your team need to edit the site, the editor charges for each additional account, and that subscription is taken out on your side.
Which technology is the website built with? By default with Astro, a tool that generates static pages: the site is fast, its attack surface is small, and there are no plugins or database to maintain. It is the technology behind our own websites, whose performance scores can be checked publicly.
What if I want a WordPress website? It is possible, on quote, but the price and conditions differ, for three reasons worth knowing before you choose. WordPress needs a server able to run PHP and a database, and therefore paid hosting every year. Getting good performance out of it requires extra optimisation work, whereas a static site is fast by design. Finally, WordPress and its plugins must be updated regularly: a site left without maintenance ends up with known vulnerabilities that are exploited automatically. That maintenance remains your responsibility and is not part of the service.
Will my website be visible on Google? The site is delivered with the technical basics of indexing: semantic markup, loading speed, sitemap and submission to Google Search Console. Ranking then depends on your content, your competition and the work carried out over time. For local visibility, a Google Business Profile is often more decisive than a website for a tradesperson: it is available as an option.
What if I need an extra page after delivery? You create it yourself, free of charge and at any time, from your administration area. It appears on your site and in its sitemap without us having to step in. Only its writing may be charged, if you prefer to hand the text over to us rather than write it yourself.
Will hosting really cost nothing each month, even with lots of visitors? Yes, and it is a direct consequence of the technology used. Your site is made of pages built in advance, which the host simply sends as they are: it runs no computation and queries no database on each visit. Our host's free plan therefore charges neither for traffic nor for bandwidth, whatever the number of visitors. Its only limit is the number of times the site is republished each month, in the order of several hundred: a pace a brochure website never reaches.
