Your online shop, ready to trade

We build a professional online shop designed around the buying journey, clear offers and e-commerce best practice, and adapted to your brand identity, on Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Two options: an existing theme customised for you, or an original design created from scratch.

  • A responsive shop on mobile, tablet and desktop in both cases.

  • Product catalogue, variants and collections configured within the agreed scope.

  • Payment methods and carriers integrated.

  • Performance and technical SEO foundations in place.

The whole project runs remotely, by video call and shared documents. An on-site visit remains possible, on quote.

Who is it for?

  • Retailers who want to sell online without managing hosting (Shopify).

  • Businesses that prefer full control over a WordPress site (WooCommerce).

  • Direct-to-consumer brands launching a new shop; for an existing one, see online shop redesign.

  • Businesses moving from another platform (PrestaShop, Magento and others).

Preparing the shop before choosing the technology

The choice between Shopify and WooCommerce comes after looking at the catalogue, payment methods, shipping and the level of autonomy you expect. A platform that is quick to manage can suit you better than a highly customisable one if your team does not want to deal with hosting and updates. Conversely, some integration or technical ownership constraints can justify a well-managed WordPress environment.

Preparation also identifies the information each product page needs, the variants, the stock rules and the special cases of the checkout. Content, photos, terms of sale and logistics settings must be available early enough for testing to run on a representative shop, not an empty mock-up.

The project is organised around the essential journeys: viewing a product, ordering, paying, receiving the expected notifications, and letting your team process the sale. Features outside the standard scope, such as a business-system connector, complex pricing or a trade customer area, are identified before the quote so they are not discovered late.

If you sell to consumers in the European Union, your shop also has to meet the rules that apply to you there, such as the GDPR for personal data and the European Accessibility Act for online shops. We build with these requirements in mind; legal advice remains outside our scope.

Two options, depending on how much customisation you need

A shop built on an existing theme and a shop designed from scratch do not require the same work: in the first case there is no graphic design phase and no mock-up approval. Both options deliver a complete, working shop. They differ in design, not in the care taken during build or in the checks made before launch.

Essential option

You choose a theme from a vetted selection, which we customise with your logo, colours, fonts and section layout. Customisation stays within what the theme allows natively. One round of revisions is included. The theme licence, if the theme is paid, is at your expense and belongs to you.

Bespoke option

We design original mock-ups, approved with you before build, and then implement them. Two rounds of revisions are included on the chosen direction.

The Essential option does not cover bespoke mock-ups, custom-developed sections, custom code or any change beyond the native capabilities of the chosen theme. These needs belong to the Bespoke option or to an additional quote.

What the base price includes

Both options include catalogue configuration, integration of payment methods and carriers, performance and technical SEO foundations, checkout testing, launch, a one-hour training session and thirty days of post-launch support.

The price depends on the option and on the size of the catalogue, in three tiers:

  • Up to 25 products.

  • 26 to 75 products.

  • 76 to 150 products.

The starting price is shown at the top of this page, and each tier is detailed on the pricing page or in your quote. Beyond 150 products, a large data migration or advanced features are quoted separately, whichever option you choose.

The lead time given is an estimated calendar lead time: expect the lower end of the range for the Essential option and the upper end for Bespoke. Work is scheduled in stages and depends on the approvals, content, access and materials you provide.

How the project runs

  1. Preparation: analysis of your market, catalogue and business goals.

  2. Design: theme selection and customisation for the Essential option, or original mock-ups approved with you for the Bespoke option.

  3. Build: theme integration, product, payment and shipping configuration.

  4. Testing: mobile, performance, checkout and SEO checks.

  5. Delivery: launch, training in shop administration and handover.

Deliverables

  • A working, responsive online shop.

  • Product catalogue configured (product pages, variants, collections).

  • Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal and others) and carriers.

  • User guide and a one-hour training session.

  • 30 days of post-launch support for questions and minor adjustments related to the delivered shop.

Frequently asked questions

Essential or Bespoke: how do I choose? The Essential option suits you if you want to be online quickly with a clean, consistent shop and the chosen theme already matches your brand. Bespoke is justified when your brand image must be recognisable, when your buying journey departs from the usual patterns, or when you plan to develop the shop over time. You can start with Essential and move to Bespoke later: your products, orders, customers and shop settings are kept, and only the design is rebuilt. Configuration specific to the old theme cannot be carried over and is part of the work of the new option.

What exactly can I change with the Essential option? The logo, colours, fonts, images, text and the order of the sections offered by the theme. Anything the theme does not provide natively, such as a new layout or a specially developed block, is outside this option and belongs to Bespoke or an additional quote. This limit is stated before the quote, not discovered during the project.

Shopify or WooCommerce: how do I choose? Shopify if you want to start quickly without managing hosting. WooCommerce if you want full control and already have a WordPress site. Price and lead time vary with the platform and the complexity.

Do I need a subscription on top of the service? For Shopify, yes: a monthly subscription whose prices are published on Shopify's website. For WooCommerce, the recurring costs are hosting and the domain name.

Can I migrate from another platform? Yes. Transferring your existing data (products, customers, order history) can be included in the shop creation. The migration can include the technical redirects planned in the scope, with no guarantee that rankings or traffic will be maintained. The price is adjusted to the volume of data to migrate.

What does the 30-day post-launch support cover? It covers questions and minor adjustments related to the delivered shop. It does not cover ongoing maintenance, new features, day-to-day running of the shop, customer service, orders, disputes or changes not planned in the initial scope.
