A shop can lose sales without anyone noticing
A confusing buying journey, an under-used catalogue, or price and stock mismatches between your shop and your marketplaces never show up in a dashboard. Sellers already present on several channels are the ones who contact us most often, once the gaps have become visible to customers rather than to their tools.
The audit separates the visible shop, the platform settings and, when the scope includes them, the associated marketplace channels.
Analysis of the journey from the home page to the basket and checkout.
Review of mobile, performance, SEO, reassurance and calls to action.
Analysis of the catalogue, variants, collections, filters and product pages.
Targeted check of the theme, apps and relevant Shopify or WooCommerce settings.
Analysis of the listings, prices, stock and indicators available on a marketplace.
A prioritised roadmap so you know what to fix first.
The audit is carried out remotely and presented by video call.
Who is it for?
Shopify or WooCommerce merchants who want to understand their drop-offs or blockers.
Brands considering a redesign or migration that first want to set priorities on objective grounds.
Shops that want to structure their catalogue before selling on Amazon or on European marketplaces such as Cdiscount or Fnac in France.
Sellers already on several channels who want to reduce inconsistencies in price, stock or content.
What the base price includes
The price depends on the number of channels and the complexity of the catalogue:
A simple Shopify or WooCommerce shop: 2 days.
A marketplace on its own: 2 days.
A shop plus one marketplace: 3 days.
Several marketplaces or a large catalogue: 4 days.
The starting price is shown at the top of this page; the price of each scope is stated in your quote. The standard scope for a simple shop covers one main market, up to 50 products, one main theme and a limited number of apps. A large catalogue, several countries, complex synchronisation or large volumes of historical data call for a specific analysis.
How the audit runs
Preparation: business goals, channels concerned, priority products and access needed.

Frequently asked questions
Are Shopify and WooCommerce audited the same way? No. The goals are comparable, but settings, themes, apps and technical responsibilities differ by platform. The report sets out the findings specific to the audited environment.
Is a marketplace included in a shop audit? No, not by default. A marketplace on its own, or a shop together with a marketplace, is a separate pricing scope, listed above and stated in your quote.
Is Amazon covered? Yes, subject to the access and data available. The analysis covers the listings, catalogue, indicators and settings accessible during the audit. Commercial decisions, disputes, suspensions and advertising campaigns belong to a separate scope.
Do I have to give full administrator access? No. A collaborator account or limited role is preferred. The access requested, how long it lasts and its removal at the end of the engagement are set out in the quote.
Can you fix the problems you find? Yes. Fixes, a redesign, maintenance, listing optimisation or automation are quoted separately, after the roadmap has been approved.
