Our commitment
OLHYN wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design a website, not something added afterwards, and it is also what we apply to the websites and online shops we build for our clients.
This page describes, openly, what we put in place and the limitations we are aware of. It is a voluntary approach: it is not a statement of conformity with WCAG, the European standard EN 301 549 or the French RGAA in the regulatory sense (see "Conformity status" below).
Measures in place on this website
Semantic structure: navigation and main content areas identified, a consistent heading hierarchy.
Keyboard navigation: a "skip to main content" link at the top of the page, interactive elements reachable with the keyboard and a visible focus indicator.
Declared language: the language of each page (English on this version of the site) is declared for assistive technologies.
ARIA attributes: accessible labels on buttons and icons, dynamic regions announced, purely decorative elements hidden from screen readers.
Respect for motion preferences: animations are reduced or disabled when your system asks for less motion (the prefers-reduced-motion setting).
Contrast and readability: we aim for sufficient contrast between text and background and for readable font sizes.
Text alternatives: informative images have a text alternative; decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
Responsive layout: the layout adapts to different screen sizes and remains usable when zoomed.
Regular automated checks: we regularly measure the Google Lighthouse accessibility score of the site's pages. This tool only covers part of the WCAG criteria, however: it does not replace real testing with a keyboard or a screen reader (see "Known limitations" below).
Known limitations
In all honesty, some limitations remain:
Some modules provided by third parties, such as the booking calendar, are integrated into the website; their accessibility partly depends on their publishers.
Some features, such as booking a call, require JavaScript to be enabled.
This website has not been fully audited by an independent organisation. Despite our care, occasional non-conformities may remain.
A high Lighthouse score covers technical criteria that can be automated (structure, contrast, ARIA attributes): on its own, it does not guarantee a fully accessible experience in every real-life situation.
Conformity status
This statement is a voluntary transparency measure. Without a full audit, this website is not declared "compliant" with any accessibility standard. We apply the good practices described above and keep improving the site.
For information, since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) has strengthened accessibility requirements for many digital services in the European Union, including e-commerce, with specific cases and exemptions. In France, the obligation to publish an RGAA conformity statement mainly concerns the public sector and large companies. This page goes beyond our own obligations.

Is your online shop accessible?
Accessibility is part of the quality of a website, and online retail is now covered by the European Accessibility Act. What we apply here, we offer to our clients: an accessibility audit and remediation of your website or online shop. See our accessibility compliance service.
